Open Studio is a designated time for apprentices and approved participants to use the Campus’s tools and space for projects and learning. unCommon staff will be present to monitor safety and provide general support for participants to practice skills, work on personal projects, and access equipment.

unCommon Construction's high school apprentices build a house in a semester, gaining technical, professional and personal skills. uCC's unique program model allows students to earn pay and school credit as they work together toward a more equitable future.
unCommon Construction is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN #47-3623284. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for your financial donation. unCommon Construction will provide a receipt for your voluntary donation.
