Partner Impact Spotlight: The Palmisano Foundation

When philanthropic partners make strategic investments in unCommon Construction's mission and impact, their financial support can have awesome long-term results. uCC's three-year partnership with the Palmisano Foundation proves this point as their $240,000 investment launched the development of our Pathway programming that has become an integral part of our apprenticeship model. This funding made it possible for uCC to hire staff, iterate on concepts, and develop curriculum for career and continuing education support that yielded incredible results for our youth.
